Headed for dreamy California, Erica fled dreary Massachusetts in her VW Fox. She and her high school sweetie made it as far as Tennesse, then the car crapped out. Broke but determined, Erica sold the car for a whopping $600. Schlepping eleven carryons, a TV and VCR, she hopped from Amtrak bus to Greyhound train, eventually arriving in San Francisco. After recovering from culture shock, Erica got her BA from San Francisco State in a self-designed major, "Social Change Through The Arts." An image maker and writer, the jumpy ginger is drawn to quirky characters and surreal situations.
